Inis Meain is on an island off the island of Ireland instead of on the island of Iceland. Which I think makes it more remote. By that logic I could put a company on Staten Island and be considered remote. I live in Staten Island and it's so fucking boring that it may as well be considered that remote.

From what I understand, they offer a wide range of knitwear in wool, cashmere and linen. Everything is made in Ireland and the quality is exceptional. The only online retailers I know of are My-wardrobe, Nitty Gritty.

For those interested, Inis Meain is one of the absolute best makers of sweaters. I've never seen a inis meain 100% baby alpaca sweater go for under $200 - this is due to a 40% mr porter sale combined with what looks to be a potential pricing error. For context, they're supposed to retail for around $500 as shown by the other two colors.
